Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.
The following can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can’t accept returns for:
1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3. Digital downloads
4. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
5. Items on sale
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payment is due within 21 days from the date of this invoice and is subject to a 5% discount if paid within ten (10) days of the date of this invoice. Any payments not made within 21 days of the date of this invoice are subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month (compounded) on the unpaid balance of any amount then passed due.
